Return & Exchange Policy

At Vantory Kitchen, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@vantorykitchen.com.
Provide photos/videos of the issue and your order number.
We will ship a free replacement or issue a full refund immediately—no need to return the broken item.

Exchanges: If you would like a different item or color, contact us to arrange an exchange.
Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.

Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect items sent by us. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
